About Libitum

Libitum started in 2010 as Tillvalsportalen in Trollhättan in Sweden. Today we are 16 employees located in Trollhättan and Stockholm. We deliver solutions for the entire customer journey from sales to aftermarket.

Our services are both for refurbishment and new construction and the system has functions to support different types of contracts ie. rental and fully owned. We are also established in the Nordic market; Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. The system also available in English.

Our vision is to be the leading supplier within digital services in the housing industry.

Project website for marketing and sales support

An attractive project website with a built in CRM-system is a prerequisite for early marketing activities and sales.

The project web site will be branded in accordance to your brands guidelines or the projects own graphic identity.

My Home – From signed contract to the next home

Everything concerning the home in one system. One interface for the home owner throughout the customer journey, from signed contract to the next home – with the digital residence files. Here you can add all information that is relevant about the project, and residence specifics such as blueprints, contract etc. The customer can make all necessary design choices as well as upload manuals and other things related to their home. The housing developer can through the system manage issues and cases with all involved parties; suppliers, constructors, surveyors and other contractors.
